Brisket tomorrow
« Reply #-1 on: June 30, 2013, 07:47:42 PM »
Randall's has Brisket on sale so went and got a couple of 'em. Rubbed down with my smoked bbq seasoning so they'll be ready tomorrow. Had to cut it down to fit my Bradley but no problem. Gonna use the point for burnt ends

Yup, so hot over on this side of the county, I think all I have to do is turn on the smoke generator

It's on 155 right now. I put it on about 11 am or so, so it's still got a few hours to go

... Had to cut it down to fit my Bradley ...

If you want to keep it whole next time, you can "hump it" in the middle to fit the rack and it will flatten back out as it shrinks.

Everyone is entitled to my opinion
