If I pretend it is Thanksgiving will I not be so hot and miserable........nope but we should have a good supper tonight  ;D

Here are the players


After injecting the breast with CI lemon-butter-garlic, I rubbed it down with Penzeys Bicentennial rub


Into the smoker with a chunk of alder for smoke and a 250 degree setting

Yup and turkey gravy and some smoked biscuits from the upcoming Camp Chef pellet grill biscuit test.....I am gonna get my jacket and beanie on and sit out by the smoker.... :D :D.........ummm...lets don't and say we did on the beanie and jacket...... ;)

I am going to do a biscuit test today on the Camp Chef and starting next weekend the Camp Chef is going to get a workout for the product review......

Went 5 hours and when the internal hit 165, I foiled the breast and turned the smoker down to 140 for a hold while I did my biscuit test
