Unboxing and seasoning.

Got some time to kill so here is my review of the seasoning of the 2 rack.

First read the entire instructions. Read again if you need to.








Racks





Rear of 2 rack.





Front







Do not use the 2 rack indoors unless you can have 100% ventilation to the outside


Seasoning.



Dont fill the puck tray with any water





Now i gotta find something to smoke.

Here are the temps

Power levels

PL 01   C-73-109         F 160-200
PL 02   C- 90-110        F 190-230
PL 03   C- 110-130      F 230-270
PL 04   C- 125-150      F 260-300
PL 04   C- 145-164      F 290-330

Convection and has a fan in it.

I'm hoping that our good friends at Rec-Tec read this and don't let Bradley outdo them for the Fall Gathering next month. I'm going to reserve a U-Haul just in case.
