Mrs. Howell was a respectable women, so I'll take Ginger in a snap :) I can't survive with out beef so I have to take the cow. Since its a magic island I would wave my wand once a month and switch it all out ;)

Gotta go with chicken as well (for sustainability as well as versatility) and since Mary Ann is a "Midwest farmer's daughter" I figure she knows how to break down a yard bird pretty well ...
