Not getting off that easy. Need some more details on getting that great color ;D

No those were my phone camera...( you know I am not smart enough for Photoshop :D) I did 1/2 hour of smoke mode on the MAK w/a loaded 12'' Amazen tube - 100% Lumberjack Hickory for supplemental smoke. Cooked for 2 hours at 275F, then brushed with agave nectar, and dusted Super Pig on for the glaze.
