I shy away from gloating over ANYTHING I cook...fate and luck work hand in hand to assure my humility :D.....Today was a cooperative effort of fate and luck - but tomorrow...well - who knows? ;D

But, the truth is - we have so many great cooks here, that anyone can pick up some ideas/tips/ticks to help them with consistently better cooks. I am just a student, like most of us ;)

You hit the nail on the tail, Tim...I am always excited when the food turns out because I do what I can and the rest of it is a CARP shoot.   8)
I ALWAYS need that "cooperative effort" and I am often humbled.  Like hitting a long drive, a great approach shot onto the green and then THREE putting.

But its STILL fun for me...

Yep...If there wasn't a challenge, we would be bored. And - if anyone could get the same results EVERY time.... BBQ competitions would not be very interesting would they? ;D
