Peas
« Reply #-1 on: September 01, 2013, 08:45:54 PM »
Ok, I know that opinions are split re: peas...

But, I have to tell you about one of my favorite places in the world - Harry's Café De Wheels in Sydney Australia. It is a little dive / trailer that was grandfathered into its location. He makes traditional pies (think of a chicken or beef pot pie.) Then you order it with peas - mashed mushy peas on top.

If you are wearing a tie - too bad, it is a goner! But there is nothing better on the harbor for a quick lunch!
So, give peas a chance!

While visiting that website, that menu looks great. Too bad that there is not something like this here.

I agree, Ed. The few times I've been to Australia, this was always one of my first stops.
