Holiday weekend cook
« Reply #-1 on: September 02, 2013, 05:16:58 PM »
So I spent 3 days at the lake house unwinding, it was awesome.wanted to make the family at least one memorable dinner. So I made up a 60 day dry aged prime rib roast with lobster salad mashed potatoes and roasted corn. It was so good I got a kiss from the wife!

I see you like to go for the really long dry aging!

Looks fantastic!

Are you using the Umai dry age bags?

No.. My local butcher will hang and dry age at a cost. I'm looking into those bags though so I can do it myself
