Multi Sponsor Labor Day Meal
« Reply #-1 on: September 02, 2013, 09:17:34 PM »
As our good friend Smoke stated earlier, where do you post when you have a cook with several sponsors' products? I'll just rattle off these great products as I go on here. I baked up some sourdough French bread using my GMG Boone pellet grill and Lumberjack
oak-hickory-cherry pellets purchased by way of Sloman/ Larry @ Central Cal. Pellet Outlet.
Spatchcocked chicken rubbed up with Mo' Rockin' Chicken from Savor Spices and cooked over GrillGrates and to add more flavor I used a 1/2 tube of Milt's Apricot-Rosemary pellets in an A-Maze-n Tube. And the sides with this tasty chicken were my dearest's Greek Tomato Salad, and an experiment with thoughts of Muebe, and my cardiologist! Bacon woven baked beans in cast iron dutch oven on the pellet grill. Wow, great meal and lots of fine flavors, thanks to our sponsors here. Pictures follow, I hope they are in some semblence of order.
Happy Labor Day Everyone.....

ok - ok - all good. I do appreciate the sponsors.

The chicken looks fantastic...

But, dude - the bacon weave on the beans... that rocks! I am simply stealing that idea - thank you.  ;)

Great cook and a great spread - thanks for sharing.

Cheers
