Yes..somewhere..very easy..I make it in a bread machine..20 minutes..pizza dough. Lemme repost..hold please while I look it up.
Pizza Dough for Bread Machine
For 1 ½ pound dough.............For 1 pound dough
1 cup water....................¾ cup water
3 cups flour....................2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt.....................½ tsp. salt
2 Tbs. Olive oil................1 ½ Tbs. Olive oil
1 Tbs. Sugar....................2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. yeast....................2 tsp. yeast - I add double the yeast
Secret ingredient - granulated garlic - I use a heaping tablespoon or more
Place all ingredients in bread machine and select dough setting. When done mixing, about 20 minutes, I take it out and make more.
In conventional oven 450º - 500º for 15 minutes for 2 ingredient pizza. 450º - 500º for 20 minutes for more ingredients pizza.
Does not have to be on a pizza stone, can be just on the grates. Few minutes then turn over and add ingredients for SRG, TBE, gas grill or pellet pooper.
Tastes best when sits overnight or for a few days in frig. Freezes beautifully.
