ACW3, the Charm City is the nick name for Baltimore. I have a couple of Weber products, a 22" and a 27" kettle and a 22" WSM. I have pimped out my WSM with some Cajun Bandit accessories. I have the stainless door, the high air flow charcoal ring. I also put handles on the lower cooking grate and the charcoal ring and some extruded screen to sift ash from unused coal. I have bought a few accessories for both of the kettles. I have the craycort cast iron grates for the 27". I also bought the Cajun Bandit rotisserie that can be used on both the kettle and WSM. I have a basket for the rotissire and a ribolator. I have a maverick wireless that I use for my WSM. I'm learned a lot in the last year+. I like doing ribs, St Louis style. I like doing wings and I've only cooked one brisket and it was a flat, about 4#'s I've only cooked one butt, about 5#'s. I've cooked several ribs, just did my best rack last weekend. I love to cook outdoors and just want to cook good food for my wife and myself and maybe some guests once in awhile. We love to look at food, which I'm sure most of us do or we wouldn't be here. I love seeing new, different ways to cook and recipes.
Well, you asked, there you go! See you all around the forum!
