Where I live there are two seasons for cooking, dark when I get home & daylight when I do
When it's daylight I'll often grill on charcoal 2-3 times a week & smoke something on the weekend,usually on the big New Braunfel's.
During the dark i use the gasser more & smoke more often on the Kamodo .
Even though it's cool this weekend I'm doing a cook on the big cooker, 4 butts for later & 2 racks ribs.
