Great to have you! I look forward to seeing your posts. We are a collective of folks from mostly the USA - but we have a growing contingent of international influence, with members that either live or work in other countries - and folks like yourself that are from somewhere else- but now reside here. The common adhesive is the love of al things cooked outdoors ( mostly ;) )

Our strength is the variety of perspectives, expressed in a friendly manner with respect.

Back in Navy boot camp (1969) my Company Commander used to say ... (not often enough) ... The smoking lamp is lit "Smoke 'em if you got 'em"   :D
