Hello from the San Francisco Bay Area
« Reply #-1 on: December 03, 2013, 06:33:02 PM »
Hello everyone,

My name is Oli Nono hailing from the San Francisco Bay Area.  I'm just getting started at BBQ and have a gas grill and two new Char Broil products - TBE Turkey Fryer and the TBE SRG.  I came across two great deals on each right before Thanksgiving (the SRG was amazingly cheap).  I have yet to open the SRG (just got it last night) but used the Turkey Fryer 3 times since I purchased it.  I probably made the best turkey I have ever eaten (goes to show how bad the turkey I have had over the years) in the TBE TF.  I'm trying to get as much information about smoking using the SRG.  It may be over kill to have both but I think I can do different things in each.  Looking forward to learning from everyone!

Oli

Welcome from North Carolina.  I got a super deal on the original TBE just before T-Day.  Now my designated "turkey fryer".
