I just wanted to help get the word out about a new site for teams interested in competition steak cooking. A good friend of mine has started a GOOD thing for the cook offs.
www.steakcookoffs.com will list some, but not all events along with some merchandise for sale. This is an attempt to get steak competitions sanctioned.
