Glad to have another Weber chef on board...I need all the ideas I can get.

BTW, got the Smokenator for Christmas and I really like the way it works. I am real new to Weber... But it worked as advertised for me.

Welcome from mid Alabama. I went back to a Weber last fall after not having one for about 15 years. I have barely enough room for a couple of people to sit on my deck with the cookers I have out there now so the little smoker I have lives in the garage until I need it. I have done fairly good smoking on the Weber kettle though.
