Howdy from NE Texas
« Reply #-1 on: January 10, 2014, 08:50:39 PM »
Hello all, Looking forward to meeting everyone and participating in the discussions around here, I have a Bradley 4 rack digital, Bradley 2 rack counter top smoker and the Big Easy SRG. I've been trying to learn as much as I can and have done bacon, Canadian bacon, cured turkey's, the usual pulled pork, brisket and sausage. I've started doing sausages but I have a lot to learn about that.

I'm from San Antonio originally but have been living in Kemp for the last 16 years, Kemp is about 45 minutes southeast of Dallas.
