Thanks for the add Tim, and thank you Tommy for the invite. I was recently gifted a TBE for Christmas and Geeked out on how to properly use it. Cooked my first pork butt in it yesterday following TMB's tips and it was delicious. It's crazy how easy it is to cook in the Big Easy. Never made pulled pork before, but I could of fooled everyone who ate it. Anyhow, I look forward to the journey.
