Yesterday was an extremely hectic, stress-filled day for both of us, due to work-related issues, so we decided to postpone our Valentines Day Meal by a day. I had been wanting to finally use my new pizza peel, and I had a ball of sourdough pizza crust in the freezer so pizza it was last night. Besides the mozzerella, we put on onion, garlic, sweet pepper, tomato, salt-cured black olives, and mushrooms. Crust was rolled out thin,(cracker-like) and overall a very tasty pizza. The peel worked flawlessly too.
