My First cook!

Picked up the PBC yesterday along with two racks of baby backs and a whole chicken.   Have not figured out how to post pics yet, but I had to tell the world I love this thing!

Out of the box and cooking in 30 mins, perfect food out 2 1/2 hours later!

Awesome!!

The PBC is a great set it and forget it charcoal cooker!

So easy even I can cook with charcoal ;)

and the lamb comes to slaughter.  it didn't happen if they were no pics my friend.  what they mean is......  unicorn cook = no pics.   :(
