Y'all, I grilled a couple of burgers on the gasser today. While I was at it, I threw a grill sheet on one side to pre-heat on medium high.
While grillin' the burgers, I also grilled 4 strips of bacon...what smoke from that fat hittin' the IR - really added to the taste. I also took some mac & cheese that I had cooked Saturday and put on the grill sheet to reheat it. It worked great - absolutely no stick. It browned the bottom just a bit with a few light grill marks.
