first cook going great

Hello fellow PBC fans. I decided to dive right in with a 8.5 lbs boston butt.I followed the video and everything is humming along. The only variation is i am not going to wrap.The temp is holding steady at 250.Yes i know we do not have to worry about temps but i could not resist lol.

Remember, the cook never happened if there are no pictures/video to accompany a write-up.  No UNICORN cooks on LTBBQ!!
