More Big Easy Basket Chicken Legs
« Reply #-1 on: May 27, 2014, 09:10:32 PM »
So I took the chicken legs and pulled the skin back. Then a liberal coating of muebe3(a special M3 rub by Tee for me). Pulled the skin back over the chicken and another coating...

Loaded into the Big Easy basket with the leg racks...

Then into the PBC...

Meanwhile I am building a new Bradley Smoker cabinet and while working this guy scared the crap out of me!!! He was crawling on the wall. Probably close to 5ft long. After catching him there was a little show and tell with my daughter...

After the show and tell was over I let him go in the back hill behind the house...

After all that the chicken was finished. The last 10 minutes of cooking were with the lid off...

Plated with mash taters...

Really, really good!

Chicken legs look awesome, but you missed out on smoking "ole no shoulders" for an appetizer. ;)

My daughter even said to me "Your not gonna cook him are you?"

Even though she is only 5 she knows me pretty well 8)

Nice color on these legs (of course I meant the chicken legs and not T's, since white is not really a color :P)
