Perfect day to be cooking in the PBC

Ribs and french fries for me and my son. 4 hours @c 230 F and we be eating some fine ribs with my homemade BBQ sauce.

Done two briskets, a bunch of chickens, lamb but no ribs yet. Ain't that something?!

That looks outstanding. This is the marketing I've been talking about. When I see something like this I want to buy a PBC and I probably will. And Pappy, don't be silly, you can't hang the fries using the hooks. I bet he used a needle and thread.  :o That's what I would do  ;D
