Title: Shreveport event a success!

Last weekend was the 1st annual Brookshire's Louisiana Steak Cookoff.  The event featured 23 teams from 3 states and was held in a great location!  I would be this event might double in size in 2015!  Thanks to all that came to cook and especially Chip that came and became an SCA Rep!

this one will be a big one next year.  Great time on the river in downtown shreveport
