At the start of the season I had about 9 jalapeno pepper plants. They where not doing very well outside so I put them in a large container inside the greenhouse. The peppers are growing but very slowly. I noticed one plant had a purple pepper. I have seen red, green and yellow jalapeno peppers but never a purple one. Is this common?
