Had 3.5 lbs of ground beef marinating in the fridge overnight.
Got the jerky in the dehydrator now. Half mild and half red/black pepper. 5 trays

Do you ever use a little of liquid smoke?
I just did 80 pounds of elk and venison jerky with the new neighbor kids. It filled the 12 sheets in the smoker two and 1/2 times and filled both large dehydrators to over flowing. Sorry, no picture because we were too busy.
