Here at MAK, we are honored to have just an amazing group of people cooking on our grills.
We've compiled some of the reviews from our grill registrations we've received over the last 5 years, and the sheer volume of positive things our grill owners have to say is truly incredible.
Thank you, to each and every member of the MAK family, for sharing your thoughts and kind words!
Take a look at what our grill owners have to say! An ever-growing compilation of reviews can be found on our website here:

My Sister in Law up in Yosemite Falls had a Traeger Lil Tex for a couple of months (then all the paint burned off), she returned it and now has a MAK 2 Star General.
Wendy says I am not allowed to talk to her :D :D
I don't think I have heard anything bad about a MAK.

That is awesome Kat! Very well deserved
PS: thanks for the bottle openers :)

You can add me as well to the excited and well pleased MAK owners ! I am newer to smoking and never could believe how easy and simple it is to use a MAK1. The versatility of what you can cook and the add on options to the MAK grills are superb! But just as important is the easy cleaning of the MAK. I have found out first hand. Very well designed. Extremely pleased with the outright amazing results of the dishes I have served to my family and friends.
Hats off and Thank you !

I just picked up #2619 and could not be happier....

6 months later we are still extremely pleased with ours. Holds temp in 30 degree weather perfectly. Convection is more uniform than my oven and you can tell when baking cookies! Used 10 bags pellets in 5 months over winter and spring.

When I got my 2 Star, there was a MAK marketing brochure in the shipment. It has a 2 page spread on the MINI MAK with the tag "NEW!". It looks similar to a 1 Star without the lower legs and "cart". 21"H x 29" W x 18" D, hopper 10 lbs. The weight specs seem weird as it say "grill weight 88 lbs", but lists the "MAK PAK weight as 21.5 lbs" - not sure what MAK PACK is versus grill.
Nothing on MAK's web site about it though. And no price shown.

I wonder if that might be the power source to run the Mini-MAK?

[/quote]I believe that the MAK Pack is an add-on system giving you more vertical cooking surface, as in additional cooking grates. Can't remember where I saw it, but from what I remember it was pretty cool :)

I am loving my grill I bought from Cliff.

Kevin bought my 2014 1 Star almost three years ago, when we upgraded to a 2017 1 Star. And some of the stuff he's been cooking on it is simply amazing! He recently smoked his first ever briskets, not one but two full packers and hit the out of the park on his very first try!
