Green Death Hot Sauce
8 Cowhorn peppers
8 Serrano peppers
8 Jalapeño peppers
4 Habenaro peppers
2-3 garlic cloves sliced
1 medium onion rough chopped
1) Remove stems and slice peppers into rings.
2) Saute peppers, onion and garlic for few minutes in a large pan/pot
3) Add 1 1/2 cups of water and simmer until soft
4)Place in blender blend for 3-4 minutes while streaming in 1 1/2 cups of vinegar
5) Return to pot and simmer for 25 minutes.
6) Ladle into sterilized jars and allow to cool on counter. (Hot pack)

Used 34 Jalapeño peppers only

What are "cowboy" peppers?
A cow horn pepper looks like a longhorn steer horn. Has a similar flavor of a jalapeño but just a tad bit less heat.

So it seems to me I can just toss in all varieties of peppers,them cook it down to the consistency we like? Also,can we de- seed them to keep it a little less hot,I have some killer hot peppers here ::)
