Tom
First of all I really like the table mod on the PBC. 2nd- I like the Turkey hanger cross bar holding the turkey breast centered over the coals. How big was the turkey breast ?  I have made full turkeys and numerous turkey breast on the PBC and I am always amazed by the outcome. Thanks for the video and the ideas.
Lastly, I really enjoyed golfing at the New Berlin Hills Golf Course 2X last month.   :o  :o

Thanks Chief!  The turkey breast was 7.5 pounds, FYI I did two a week later on the PBC both were about 8 pounds each took 4 hours and turned out great!

Great looking turkey breast Tom! I have 2 in the freezer that I will be doing for Christmas on the PBC. I like
the way you hung it in the PBC. I have 2 of the turkey hangers so I will be hanging them the way you did it.

Great video, Tom!

The turkey looks excellent and your idea of hanging looks good - I'll try that. We tend to eat more turkey breasts than whole turkeys so this is timely. Thanks!
