Title: Spicy Meat Loaf / Visions Ceramic Grill
Post by: tomcrete1 on December 05, 2015, 08:19:33 PM
Spicy Meat Loaf on the Visions Ceramic Grill, took two hours.  Used a new product called " Bar B Qubes" by a company called " Mojobricks" for additional smoke, the cubes I used were meant for 30 minutes and they difentely went for that long.  They sell others that go as long as 3 hours. Hope you enjoy

I will say you cook some mighty fine food.   Try a meatloaf in your SRG, wont be smokey but will have an excellent crust on it ;) ;) ;)
