Well if Tommy needs a side kick for mods, I think Tom will be his go to guy  ;D

I am a purist when it comes to the PBC, however, I think your mods are practical and well thought out. That side table really looks nice.

Have you thought of modding the intake? Maybe with a butterfly spinner. Might be able to get more steady lo and slo temps that way......

I just made the name up. Kind of like what Char-Griller uses on their offset fireboxes....... ;)

Ok, some may call that a pinwheel , but because of the curvature of the barrel I don't believe it will work. However there are other options available! Stay tuned!  :)
