Nice video and meal. Is that foil with a hole in it at the bottom of your chamber? How well does that work for you?

Just makes clean up a little easier.  I don't change every time but when it gets really black, then I change it.

Thanks, I'll give a try when I clean out the chamber next. I use the grill 4-6 times a week and it builds up quick
