Made some chops the other day.
Breaded and ready to cook

Yesterday we did fish (cod) and chips. Just have the one picture where it was done and ready to eat with some home made cole slaw

The fish was a home run (according to the wife's opinion also). The fries weren't that great or I am expecting too much. Did some in the fryer and some in the oven and really couldn't taste the difference.

I have the Power Air Fryer (5.3 qt). I like it a lot, but I need to work on doing french fries.
The only con I have is I wish it had a little more capacity. But if it was any bigger it would not fit well on the counter.

How did you do your fish? I did some sunfish my neighbor gave me with Shore Lunch. Turned out edible but I think its because the fillets were just too small and not a uniform size. Some blew around with the fan. lol. Shore lunch didn't brown really at all either.

I think you have to spritz the food after coating. That will help with the browning

Dipped them in egg, breaded with a cajun bread mix, sprayed with olive oil spray.
