Title: Wing Night
Post by: Smokerjunky on October 01, 2017, 09:43:12 PM
Daughter and her boyfriend requested wings for dinner. On the smoker (cherry pellets) at 170 degrees for 25 mins to pick up some flavor. Then bumped up to 250 for 20 mins and finally brushed with some vegetable iil and bumped to 375 until they they crisped up snd started to brown up. Finished off on the gasser before saucing and hitting with dry rub. Skin was really crispy - we demolished them. Various sauces from Buffalo Wild Wings (Asian Zing, Honey BBQ, Desert Heat Dry Rub, Chipotle Dry Rub) and some with Franks Buffalo Sauce.  (https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20171002/3a873565e8331d52d26aa15ad0cda1e0.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20171002/177761aa609e01ae77ec53817911594c.jpg)
