Title: Spam Kebabs in the PowerAirFryer Oven

I did kebabs in the PowerAirFryer Oven for dinner tonight.

Cut the following into approx. 1 inch pieces.....
Spam, Pinapple, Mushroom, & yellow onion.

Onto the skewers. (holds 10 skewers. I did 8.)

Started the rotisserie, then into the fryer @ 400° for 15 minutes.

Just out of the fryer

Add a few chips & cottage cheese. Made a nice dinner. Not too heavy, but satisfying.

I had intended to marinate before cooking, but got in a hurry & forgot to do it.
Didn't need it. They came out very tasty naked.
