Title: Experiment On Times For Pancakes
Post by: Agustine on February 12, 2018, 08:06:19 AM
Made up a batch of finn pancake mix and left over in the fridge overnight so I could experiment with the Air Fryer and cooking times.
This recipe is a local favorite and can be found on the internet with a google search but here it is anyways.

Most pancake recipes for Air Fryers suggest 5 minutes at 390F. That was fine for the top side but I found the bottom not just down yet so flipped it over and gave it another 2 minutes. Depending on how much batter you use in the pan I would think the times may very.
Turned out good and some bacon would have made it even better but this was just a test :)
