Note
Air fryers that don't have a bottom element you might need to heat the bottom of the pizza pan on a stove top element to finish the pizza crust off.

When I baked a cherry pie I the AF I had to bake the bottom crust about 10 minutes and then put the filling in before finishing.

You might try that next time.

Just sayin'... '

This one was a bit better for the crust but still not just there yet. Gave it 10 minutes at 350F and thought it would cook the rest of the way when the pizza had all the toppings but it could have gone longer. How much longer I'm not sure yet  :)

Here is the crust after 10 minutes

Just my 2 cents, but I bake my low carb dough at 400 for 8 mins then add toppings.

I know low carb dough is not the same but worth a try

OBTW.... What recipse dough do you use

I ended up giving the crust 10 minutes at 400F and another 5 minutes on the flip side at 400F. Seems to be much better for cooking the crust all the way through.

Simple mushroom, pepperoni, yellow pepper and shredded  smoked cheese for today's lunch.
