The advantages that I see are the added thermal mass of the grill stone evening out temps during longer cooks with the SNS. I have another 2 ordered. One going to replace the one I modified since Dave at Adrenaline has asked if he could have it and the other I want to modify to fit the Jumbo Joe with Adrenaline BBQ Charcoal basket. I believe that it will perform even better on the JJ. Thanks for Watching!
