Started off by first cooking the bacon until kinda crispy, and then after it cools, pulse it in the food processor, until chopped up until about 1/4" pieces or less.
Divide your burger meat into halves, and make two patties, about 1/4" thick or so. Put your blue cheese crumbles and bacon on one of the patties, and leave a bare 1/2" border around the edge. Put the other pattie on top, seal them together, and form your burger. Season lightly with S&P.
When the MAK hits "GRILL", put on the burgers. About four minutes a side should do. Put on a bib and enjoy!
I had mine on a regular bun, and my wife made a keto friendly bun for hers, out of mozzarella, cream cheese, and almond flour. It turned out great, and wish I had it rather than the regular bun!

YES!!! Fantastic cook. Pretty sure I could one of those everyday for a week and not get tired of it :)

Looks simply scrumptious :P :P
Would you please share your wife's Keto friendly bun recipe. I'm on a low carb lifestyle and would love to have buns that I could make sandwiches with ... Thanks in advance.

Thanks Pete! Here's the recipe my wife used for the bun. It's an openly available recipe off the web, so no copyright issues here.

Keto Fathead Hamburger Bun
Ingredients:
3/4 Cup Mozzarella - Shredded
2 T. Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Almond Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Salt/Pepper to taste
1 tsp Garlic Powder (optional)
1 tsp Parsley (optional)
Dash of Paprika (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese in a bowl. Microwave until melted. About a minute or so. Mix together. If not completely melted, microwave a little bit more.
Add in the flour, baking soda and spices. Mix together until it forms a dough ball. You can then mix by hand to make sure it’s all combined. Form it into a ball.
Separate the dough ball into 2-4 balls. Place on wax or parchment paper and flatten to desired size.
Bake on parchment paper for 15 - 30 minutes. (Baking time depends on the size and how thin it is.)
Enjoy!
