Thats is Cool Tommy!!! However I already have the Camp Chef FT600 and the Blackstone 2 burner, not sure what I would do with this, but it is cool!!! Hmmmmm

Looks interesting Tommy. But you could get this: https://www.campchef.com/ftg475lc.html for $199.00 or this one: https://www.blackstoneproducts.com/product/28-griddle-2-burner/ for the same price. Then you would have a dedicated griddle. You already have a pizza machine with the UUNI.

Among other things, this could give me a better way to sear steaks after the sous vide cook. Heck, it might be a good way to cook steak at high Temps.

I like that and would be easy to add a flat top if I wanted to. may need to look into it THANKS
