Title: Trauma Shears
Post by: LostArrow on February 05, 2012, 09:36:22 AM
For $ 5-10, you can get a pair of trauma shears to use for cooking.
Useful for lots of things!
You can spat chock a chicken in seconds, cuts through backbone like butter!
Open charcoal bags, cryo vac bags, cut wings into segments etc.
Stainless & high heat plastic , dishwasher safe, easy to find on amazon , of not locally.
