Got some homemade sausage going today. MAK is blowing peach smoke.
Beer-N-onion on the left. Hawaiian style on the right.

Beer and onion sounds great Rick! But..... how many Hula skirts did it take to make the Hawaiian? ;D Seriously...what is in the Haw. sausage? Pineapple and Ham?

I wish i could take credit for the 2 sausages, But i cant. These were given to me by a friend i had lunch with last sat at Lexington BBQ, NC
All i can do is ask if he will share the recipe.
