Your invitation to the Fall Cookout

We are in discussions about said gathering already.  Don Bremer (IR2DUM)will be rolling through here either 1st or 2nd Friday in October (those dates may be negotiable).
We are planning a cookout when he comes just like we did last Spring.
We have lodging just minutes from here, along with 3 grocery stores.  Lowes, Home Depot, and Academic Sports are close by.
We are about 90 minutes south of Atlanta airport with a regional airport about 12 miles away (Macon Regional).
Along with the offset smoker, we have 2 Weber kettles, an Akorn, the "argentine"  grill, a barrel cooker, and a 40" Masterbuilt - point is, you can cook what you want to on any of this.  We have enough chairs for everybody to sit in...inside or out...on the patio or in the yard.
We can start on Thursday or Friday and go through Sunday afternoon. You don't have to commit to the whole thing - if you wanna come for a day, that's fine or for the whole thing - no extra charge  ;-).
Consider this YOUR invitation to our Fall Cookout.  It will be a great time for food and fellowship.
I KNOW y'all wanna be here, go ahead and check your calendars and lemme know.

We could sleep in Academy Sports.  They got hammocks, cots, sleepin' bags and such.  Can't you arrange that?  Dee

Okay...one piece of the puzzle in place...DRHolly wants to reserve October 9th - 11th as the dates for the Cookout with Bremer as we'll call it.

So, adjust you're calendars folks...we're gonna throw it down on Oct 9th.

Smoke and the rest of the left coast crew, get your heads together on how to get here.  You will remember this event for a long time - not because of me, but because of all the wonderful people you'll meet.  Our home is humble, but available - nothing extra, but made special because of the folks who visit us.

If you are looking for accommodations, search for Byron and/or Warner Robins GA we are directly between the two.  May I suggest Holiday Inn Express North West or Hampton Inn - both are less than 8 minutes from here.  The Holiday Inn & Suites in Byron is just off I-75 and almost the same distance to out house.  Google will give you a long list. Just try to get out close to the 3100 block on Watson Blvd.

B T W, Albert & Sylvia will be coming in on Thursday, the 8th for a little extra action...If you wanna get here on Thursday, lemme know so we can buy some more weenies  ;)

Leave Ohio and go straight down I-75.
