Bill here, new member from SoCal. Been smoking for about 2 1/2 years, and LOVE it. I love to see how others cook their meats and the differences in how things turn out. Always willing to try new ways of doing things.
I cook on a GMG Daniel Boone, and been buggin the wife to let me get a bigger smoker...lol I just can't seem to cook one meat at a time, love to mix it up.
