Greetings! New to the smoking scene. Just got a Pit Barrel Cooker for Christmas and have used it 3 times already. First cook was Pork shoulder, 2nd cook was a whole chicken and a rack of ribs, and 3rd cook was a whole chicken. The Pit Barrel must be fool proof, because everything came out great. Anyway, just wanted to say Hi and I am hoping to learn a lot from you fellow enthusiasts.
