smoked Kielbasa
Melt butter in the bottom of a springform pan and preheat
Poor ingredients into pan and put the pan in the air fryer at 360F for 8 minutes.
This gave me a nicely done top and a slightly runny bottom. Might go another minute nest time.
Just coming out from the air fryer:
Being a springform pan allows you to take the pan off and leaves you with the omelette to transfer to your plate.
A glass of milk and omelette for breakfast.
