Mexican turkey Ruben....I guess

Ok Roasted Turkey Swiss & Honey mustard with fresh slaw....on the side with summer salads

ran out of low carb wrap so used a corn wrap 360 for 5 minutes

If you like the results, that is all that really counts. When I was a kid...we had a Turkey that came from a Mexican farmer...and we named him Rueben.....same thing? ;) ;D

As an old NYer I love th real thing but for health reasons I cut out some of the fun stuff. Give me rye bread anytime...but yes it was good
