Bought this Upside Down Pizza maker a few months back and had time to try it out.

It worked great and I used my low carb dough recipe

Recipe for the dough is......

1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 1/4 cups of almond flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp of guar gum           Melt cheese then add flour mix well next add egg and guar gum mix til a good dough is fourmed then roll out    If baking on a cooking sheet prebake about 8 mins to cook the crust then add toppings then finish.   With the upside down pan no pre baking was needed
