Did these in the air fryer, the Wilton mini-muffin pan fit perfectly.

They look good. How was the taste/texture?

We followed the recipe, had enough for 24 of them.  Tried one after the first batch was finished and added more salt for the second batch along with some jalapeno powder since we like things more spicy than most folks.  They are good and we will be making them again.  Next time we will add more cheese also.  Texture was similar to a tater tot, these are a good low carb substitute, had a nice surface crunch.  Had 4 for breakfast this am.

As far as the cauliflower taste if you despise cauliflower you probably wouldn't like these though the taste really isn't that dominate.  I put some sriracha on mine, just as I would when I would have tater tots.
